Rachel chats with Monica and Annette about relationships and mental survival during the holiday season. She has more than ten years of experience in the field of mental health. She works with adults and older adolescents in the areas of relationship struggles, trauma, anxiety, abuse, mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorders. Using a holistic approach, her modalities include, but are not limited to EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and solution focused.
