As we enter another elongated (in the USA) holiday season, many of us are already feeling the stress levels rising. The season is supposed to be joyful, spiritual, and centered on friends and family. But the pressure to feel happy and celebrate also takes it toll, especially on people for whom the holidays bring painful memories of lost loved ones.
